Cleverciti is a fast-growing innovator in smart parking systems. Our vision is to contribute to the reduction of global emissions by avoiding unnecessary traffic and make parking more convenient for everyone. Our core products are parking guidance systems for many business customers like cities, airports, shopping malls and car rental services. We are currently in a phase of strong, global expansion. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced and highly engaged Country Manager for France. You will be part of an innovative, dynamic and international team. Position Summary

As the Country Manager for Nordics, you will be responsible for marketing and selling our parking products especially in Sweden, Finland and Norway and achieving company growth goals. Key customers are from the Public and Corporate sector. You are based in one of these countries while travelling regularly and you will report to the Head of Sales for Europe in Munich.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Marketing and selling our products in the Nordic markets
  • Work towards company goals, especially revenue and market share
  • Identify and win direct customers and local cooperation partners e.g. cities, airports, shopping malls, smart city companies
  • Identify and participate in public tenders
  • Cultivate and grow relationships with key accounts and act as a single point of contact
  • Manage and lead resources for the territory
  • Log all activity to maintain accuracy of CRM and forecasting systems
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Nordic markets including trends, initiatives and competition
  • Close collaboration with the Bid, Inside Sales and Implementation Managers

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 Years of experience in B-to-B Sales of parking, smart city or IOT products especially to cities, airports, shopping malls or further relevant public and corporate customers
  • Personal network of potential clients in the area of city authorities, government, airports, shopping malls or mobility companies
  • Ability to understand customer needs and match them with the possibilities of our solutions
  • Proactivity and ability to grow market share
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in one of the Nordic languages and in English in written and verbal form
  • Flexibility and positive attitude
  • Willingness to travel on a regular basis
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
