Customer Service Ambassador

We are a growing parking management company with a diverse workforce and an environment that fosters both personal and career growth. We are looking for individuals who pride themselves on their attention to detail, superior customer service skills and high level of integrity.

  • Location: Vancouver
  • Status: Casual
  • Hours: Monday to Friday - evening shifts
  • Saturday & Sunday - day and evening shifts

Scope Of Position

  • You will be an Ambassador for our company, welcoming guests and creating a positive experience for everyone you come in contact with.


  • Creating a welcoming environment at work site
  • Ensuring work area is maintained to Metro and Advanced Parking's standards
  • Assisting customers with use of parking equipment
  • Reporting any appearance, safety, equipment, and lighting deficiencies
  • Working as a reliable member of a team with your Area Manager and Co-Workers
  • Directing traffic when needed
  • Taking steps to resolve customer concerns as required
  • Other duties, as assigned

Skills Required

  • Ability to interact with customers in a positive, polite, and professional manner
  • Very good communication skills (must be fluent in spoken and written English)
  • Basic computer and smart phone skills
  • Desire to learn about the work and our company
  • Previous experience an asset, but not required

Special Requirements

  • Willing and able to work in adverse weather conditions
  • Willing and able to stand and walk for long periods of time
