Impark is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Toronto team.

We’re looking for a data-driven, creative-type with hands-on PPC, SEO and Social Media experience to join our Impark Digital team. You’ve built and optimized PPC campaigns, reviewed and analyzed SEO site performance, and you’ve got some pretty great ideas for social media campaigns. With a passion to learn and grow, you’ll use analytics as the foundation to execute digital marketing activities and educate our clients and team members.

While being a digital marketing guru is central to this role, we’re also looking for a problem solver who can think outside of the box and take on new challenges. You’ll collaborate on the ideation and management of marketing campaigns, assist our Digital Marketing Manager in their execution, and perform tasks both challenging and mundane. You’re a driven self-starter, you process quickly, and you’re eager to perform.

Based in downtown Toronto, our team is driven to change the parking experience by delivering personalized solutions to customers and clients in more than 240 cities across Canada and the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage paid marketing campaigns using search and display advertising, and social media promotions.
  • Create SEO, SEM, and social analytics reporting, along with actionable insights.
  • Create and update high quality digital assets to support the Impark brand, including graphics, photos, video, and other digital marketing content as needed.
  • Assist with the maintenance of Impark’s web properties, B2C and B2B communications, and e-commerce efforts.
  • Create and schedule content for Impark’s social media profiles.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager in other duties, as assigned


  • Degree in Business with a focus on Marketing.

Related Experience & Skills

  • 2-3 years’ experience working in Digital Marketing.
  • Experience running paid search and display campaigns using AdWords.
  • Experience running paid social media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics, with the ability to generate reporting and provide insights as required.
  • Excellent MS Word and Excel skills.
  • Some experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects independently across multiple lines of business.
  • Experience using Hootsuite, Salesforce, Pardot, SEMRush, and Adobe Premiere a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, and CRM systems such as WordPress.
  • Certification in Google Analytics and AdWords is required for candidates of this position.
  • Experience taking photos and shooting video using a DSLR camera is an asset.
