We are about to embark on an exciting journey within CRM Marketing and are now looking for a creative CRM lifecycle manager. In this role you will develop, manage and execute campaigns and programs with the purpose to attract and retain customers.
We recently implemented a new customer engagement tool, Braze, unlocking new opportunities to develop our customer communication. You’ll get to be part of a fast growing marketing team and play a crucial role in guaranteeing our success. In this role, you will be working with all of our customer segments, B2C, B2B as well as our cities and parking operators. At this point we have a few campaign concepts towards the consumer segment that have proven successful. We believe you will be able to take those to the next level while uncovering new successful CRM campaign and program concepts across all customer segments.
You will contribute & make an impact through:
Drive customer engagement by designing, building, optimizing and following-up customer journeys for the various aspects of the lifecycle based on user attributes and behaviour.
Ensure effective end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns and programs across push, in-app, SMS and email in collaboration with our Marketing Managers.
Define and execute customer communication programs in M&A migration projects.
Work to both plan the strategic communication and the actual execution of the program ensuring quality deliverables.
Incorporate content strategies in lifecycle plans to drive user engagement.
Plan out needed personalization and dynamic content for all portions of the campaign across multiple channels.
Structure A/B and/or multivariate tests to optimize campaigns.
Identify industry trends and opportunities for innovation with the direct marketing space.
Be a customer advocate within Easypark, ensuring the highest quality interactions with the user across all lifecycle channels.

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:
Solid experience from running CRM Marketing programs and campaigns across various channels where you achieved business results through improved retention, activation, acquisition and advocacy.
Prior experience of using marketing automation or customer engagement tools, such as Braze or similar.
Preferably experience from working with mobile channels such as in-app and push notifications, and if you have worked towards both B2B and B2C segments it would be ideal but not a requirement.
University degree in business, marketing or similar.
This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
