Customer Care Representative (French Speaking)

The Role

As a Customer Care Representative, you are part of a team of friendly colleagues in an international environment. You will be responsible for providing our customers with a professional service, high availability and flexibility. You will work primarily with B2C and B2B customers in the French market for both EasyPark and Park Now brand.

You will contribute & make an impact through:

  • Answer incoming Customer Service calls and emails from private customers and companies
  • Actively work with onboarding of customers, customer loyalty and win-back
  • Administration/Back office tasks

About you

We are looking for a person who has a genuine interest in Customer Service and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment. Furthermore, you are a social team player with a feeling for a professional Customer Experience and independence at the same time. You are curious and like to challenge yourself, step out of your comfort zone and try out new things in order to develop and grow. Feedback is something you welcome with humbleness. Is this you? Your background

  • We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:
  • Have previous work experience within sales and/or Customer Care
  • Feel motivated by working with others towards common goals
  • Written and oral fluency in English and French. French as a native language is preferred.
  • The knowledge of other languages is a plus but not a must.

This role is based in Diemen (The Netherlands, Pays bas)
