Customer Care Representative (Madrid, ES)

The Role

As Customer Care Representative, you will be a part of a team of friendly colleagues in an international environment. You will be responsible for providing our customers with a professional service, high availability and flexibility. You will work primarily with B2C and B2B customers in the Spanish market part time during evenings and weekend shifts.

As a Customer Care Representative, the main tasks are as follows:

Answering incoming Customer Service calls and emails from private customers and companies
Actively working with onboarding of customers, customer loyalty and win-back
Administration/Back office tasks

This role is based in our Easypark office in Madrid, and it is a 6 months temporary position with the possibility for extension. You will work 26 hours a week (Mon-Fri from 17:00-21:00 and Saturdays primarily from 9:00-15:00).

Your background

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:

  • Previous work experience within Customer Care and/or sales
  • Feel motivated by working with others towards common goals
  • Fluent in written and oral English and Spanish. Spanish as a native language is preferred.
  • Knowledge of one or more of these four languages; Catalan, Galician, Basquian or Portuguese is highly appreciated
