The Team & the role

You would join the growing People & Culture team located in our Stockholm headquarters. EasyPark would not be what it is without its people, and we are fortunate to have a central role in driving the culture, the people experience and the leadership agenda. In this role you will be working closely with the Chief People and Culture Officer to ensure we proactively build our leadership capabilities throughout the business. To be successful in this role we believe you have a passion for the people development area, building high performing teams and have a strong belief in the potential of each individual.

You will be leading training programs, workshops and various interactive sessions both face to face and digitally to inspire leaders and teams across our organisation to learn and develop from a self-leadership and team leadership perspective. How will you contribute and make an impact?

  • Together with the People & Culture team you will bring our culture to life and act as a role model in every interaction with our people.
  • By collaborating with all functions at EasyPark and working closely with the business you create an understanding of the needs from a leadership and team development perspective.
  • Delivering and evaluating leadership programmes and development initiatives from need identification, through to program design and delivery that shows a change in behaviour and/or mind-set
  • Through designing internal Leadership programs, both self leadership and team leadership, based on our culture and values and embed neuroscience and other relevant theories/fields to ensure we continue to strengthen our culture and conditions for well-being and performance. You will facilitate the programs in interactive ways both face to face and digitally.
  • Through designing team development programmes and creating “train the trainer” concepts to build programs at scale for a growing organisation and ensuring continuous development initiatives across our global team.
  • Handling any type of conversation even in the most challenging situations and supporting our leaders in various contexts where coaching is a key tool.
  • Coaching managers and using self awareness tools as a way to support development and growth.
  • With time, potentially build in-house coaching capabilities to support growth.

Your profile

  • Professional facilitator, coach and trainer who is able to build a culture of trust and openness where people feel safe and valued and can realise their potential
  • A background from having planned and implemented development initiatives for both leaders and teams using a project management approach.
  • Credible and experienced leader who inspires and generates trust within the organisation and with leaders at all levels
  • Operational experience from an international context, collaborating with a range of different leaders and employees across functions and levels, from various cultures and countries.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Swedish is not mandatory (we have more than 35 nationalities and languages represented globally in the Group)
  • University Bachelor Degree within a field of relevance
