As Partner Success Manager you will work closely with our Italian partners, i.e., the cities and companies managing parking in Italy. Your main responsibility will be to secure a seamless implementation of the Easypark system by configuring, maintaining and supporting sold product and services for our partners. In this role, you will be based in Rome working closely with the Distribution team in Italy, but also with colleagues across Europe.
As the Partner Success Manager, you will need good project management skills (IT/operations projects) as well as strong relational capabilities. The role is broad, mixing business skills with the ability to establish new relationships as well as to develop and maintain existing ones. In your daily work, you will be required to control the expectations of partners as well as to maintain an ongoing discussion with EasyPark’s Central Service Management and Service Desk teams. The whole way you will demonstrate knowledge leadership and guide the partners towards full digitalization of their parking activities.
