EasyPark is currently looking for a driven Dutch native speaking marketer to be part of an exciting growth journey in digitalizing an industry and disrupting consumer behaviour. Local Marketing Coordinator responsibilities:
In this role you will work as an important link between the local market and the global group marketing function. The country marketing coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the global marketing strategy and communication concepts are implemented with a balance of global brand consistency and local market relevance. You will have the opportunity to work with various areas of marketing in collaboration with the global marketing managers as well as the local country manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Actively providing updates to ensure smooth knowledge, insight and information exchange between group marketing and country organization
Working in collaboration with global marketing managers in local campaign planning, execution and evaluation
Working with global affiliation marketing manager to identify, develop, deliver and evaluate most relevant local affiliation partners
Quality assurance of local sales and creative materials in terms of copywriting and concept
Supporting group marketing managers in local agency briefing, management and evaluations
Working with global Social Media Manager to develop social media strategy in terms of content adaptation based on global feed and user feedback management
Global Social Media Marketing Coordinator responsibilities:
On top of your local marketing coordinator responsibilities, you will gain valuable international communications experience by working closely with the Group PR and Social Media Manager. Together, you will roll out of the group content strategy with a focus on brand building and new user acquisition. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with management of global social media plans, content calendars, approvals, publishing, reporting and evaluation
Creative support – translating our global marketing strategy into effective social media content, driving our brand forward and helping to acquire new users
Quality and consistency assurance across web and social channels in all markets
Identifying local opportunities in our European markets and taking advantage of them through social media initiatives
Managing blog posts – identifying key topics, managing publication and distribution, and reporting
The successful candidate will take an agile approach to prioritizing and optimizing these responsibilities – you have the space to drive growth through your own initiatives.
