Team Software at EVBox is focused on developing next generation firmware and a global charging management platform to improve the experience of EV stakeholders everywhere.

Who We’re Looking For

As a Cloud Support Engineer - Everon , you’ll be part of our Everon Software Development & Product Management Team. Your task will be to provide 2nd and 3rd line support relating to our PAAS - Everon, a next generation global, scalable and multi-tenant e-mobility cloud platform which enables businesses to manage and operate EV-charging infrastructure.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for basic support for both customers and internal colleagues for incidents, access & installation, maintenance of users, changes like integrations, fields and configurations
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line application/operational support relating to our Everon platform
  • Support integrations between the Everon platform and other applications / 3rd party platform
  • Document and follow up with technical incidents including providing feedback to customers and/or to the relevant team(s) internally
  • Testing updates (only functional) and provide on-boarding & training documentation
  • Provide technical guidance and training to customers including external partners & colleagues

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics or proven commercial experience
  • Three to five years of current, commercial experience in software support, testing and/or training
  • Hands-on experience in testing, making documentation & training material
  • Good understanding of Paas/SaaS solutions, API design and overall knowledge of software design principles
  • Good experience in integrations with 3rd party solutions
  • Strong troubleshooting/analytical skills
  • Strong communication and articulation skills in English (and preferably in other languages)
