As an embedded hardware engineer, you will participate in the development of our new EVBox electronics products in several projects. You will work on the global product development strategy for embedded systems and report to our Embedded Hardware Engineering Manager, DC.
Development of new EVBox hardware and firmware for power electronics in multiple projects
Design new hardware and firmware for existing and future power electronics platforms
Reliable hardware and firmware development for remote charging stations, enabling remote control, monitoring and troubleshooting
Work with the team to enable future implementation of communication between electric vehicles and charging stations
Develop hardware and software performance that meets ever-increasing security standards
Test new electronic configurations and different hardware and firmware versions
Develop test protocols for hardware and firmware
Creation of technical support
Ensure EMI compliance from the beginning of the design
Work on the development of documentation (system) related to hardware and firmware
Excellent programming experience in embedded C language
Demonstrated experience in developing a dedicated integrated firmware code
Proven experience with embedded hardware systems, particularly the microcontroller development environment
Experience in RTOS systems
Experience in industrial communications such as CAN or Modbus
Experiment with microcontroller communications such as SPI or I2C.
Experience in digital and analog electronics design
Experience in designing OrCAD or Altium software
Matlab / Simulink
Proven experience in the successful delivery of hardware and/or firmware for consumer/consumer electronics products
Work Experience in a Team / Agile Environment (Scrum)
