Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a passionate marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal candidate has a proven record in growing customer bases in various industries, in scaling up companies, and in leading and coaching an ambitious team of marketers, developers, and creatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Head of Marketing & Growth, you’ll develop and execute our Global Marketing & Growth Strategy by growing our performance in acquisition, product marketing, channel marketing, brand marketing, and PR and events. Your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Growth Strategy and Customer Experience:

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy to rapidly grow our customer base
  • Drive customer growth across online and offline channels
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify new ways to improve conversion and retention

Team and Department Management:

  • Build and coach the Marketing & Growth team in reaching the group’s goals
  • Build, review, and track the department’s budget

Brand and Stakeholder Management:

  • Develop a marketing strategy to increase our brand awareness
  • Build relationships with press and media through creative partnerships
  • Manage relationships with departments and build interdisciplinary teams that advance the company’s goals
  • Participate in setting up the quarterly and annual goals of the company


  • You spent 5 to 7 years of your life implementing marketing strategies across functions, departments, and industries
  • You’re most comfortable when working in a collaborative, multicultural, and cross-functional teams
  • You’re a star in inbound marketing and growth marketing
  • You have impeccable verbal and written skills in English (near-native), and you might even speak an additional language or two
  • You have a healthy obsession with IoT, cleantech, sustainability, and/or the automotive industry
  • You have your eyes set on a clear mission, and you thrive under pressure
