Team Business Development at EVBox is focused on educating stakeholders and building partnerships to drive towards a zero-emission future.

Who We're Looking For

As Head of Tenders & Propositions, you will be leading the team that supports the sales teams with tenders for large clients. Together with large clients, suppliers/partners and your colleagues in Sales, you will be a key driver of our business growth.

Your Daily Activities Will Consist Of:

Tender management:

  • Lead the tender team that supports sales teams in building competitive offers to large clients (e.g. automotive OEMs)
  • Develop and implement overall tender strategy
  • Create solutions and develop commercial strategies while complying with customer requirements in order to achieve the ultimate goal of securing winning bids.

Proposition Management:

  • Define proposition strategy based on customer needs and internal strengths
  • Design new propositions Implement new propositions in our sales organization and processes

Team coaching and management:

  • Setting team priorities, objectives and monitoring team performance
  • Coaching and appraisal of team members
  • Dealing with (potential) crises, preferably before they occur

Requirements

Qualification/Experience:

  • Strong commercial track record and business sense
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Maintain personal effectiveness and people focus under pressure
  • Leadership experience
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of e-mobility and/or charging market preferred, but not essential

General skills:

  • Commercial/Strategic skills
  • Basic financial skills
  • General computer skills in Office
  • Fluent in English (oral and written) and additional knowledge of other European language is preferred
