For our team at EVBox North America, we’re looking for a dedicated Junior Quality Advisor, based out of our Manhattan office in New York City.
Outline quality assurance policies and procedures
Interpret and comply with quality assurance standards as 8D, NCR ,ECN procedures including RMA
Make sure that quality assurance standards are adequate
Elaborate the procedures of sampling and guidelines for collection and reporting quality data
Plan, perform and oversee inspection and testing of products to ensure the quality deliverable
Document quality assurance activities, such as internal & external audits
Analyze customer grievances and other non-compliance issues
Gather and organize statistical quality data
Inform partners, customers and cross-functional teams within EV-Box about relevant Quality issues
Resolve issues related to customer orders; highlight and correct quality discrepancies
Provide liaison support to other EVBox disciplines as customer service & sales
Establish and secure customers quality satisfaction and care based on building a bridge between the quality standards and the final product
Qualification and Experience
Relevant experience in Quality assurance is an advantage
Certification, such as Quality Engineer, Quality Auditor, Six Sigma, or Quality Improvement Associate, is preferred
Superb computer competence, including experience with databases and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of QA terms, tools, and methodologies
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
Assertive, pro-active style with sense of urgency
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Customer service competency
Cultivating and maintaining relationships
Judgment on Quality issues
