For our team at EVBox North America, we’re looking for a dedicated Junior Quality Advisor, based out of our Manhattan office in New York City.

Responsibilities:

Customer journey

  • Outline quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Interpret and comply with quality assurance standards as 8D, NCR ,ECN procedures including RMA
  • Make sure that quality assurance standards are adequate
  • Elaborate the procedures of sampling and guidelines for collection and reporting quality data
  • Plan, perform and oversee inspection and testing of products to ensure the quality deliverable
  • Document quality assurance activities, such as internal & external audits
  • Analyze customer grievances and other non-compliance issues
  • Gather and organize statistical quality data
  • Inform partners, customers and cross-functional teams within EV-Box about relevant Quality issues
  • Resolve issues related to customer orders; highlight and correct quality discrepancies
  • Provide liaison support to other EVBox disciplines as customer service & sales
  • Output targets
  • Establish and secure customers quality satisfaction and care based on building a bridge between the quality standards and the final product

Requirements

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Relevant experience in Quality assurance is an advantage
  • Certification, such as Quality Engineer, Quality Auditor, Six Sigma, or Quality Improvement Associate, is preferred
  • Superb computer competence, including experience with databases and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of QA terms, tools, and methodologies
