We’re going to need EV charging infrastructure that is accessible, reliable, and future-proof. Team Support at EVBox is focused on handling incoming requests and anticipating product improvements to help achieve a zero-emission future.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for an Office and Front Desk Coordinator who contribute to an optimal working environment for head office EVBox in multi-tenant, sustainable Edge Olympic building. The main purpose is ensuring that all office facilities run smoothly, which includes both the physical space and the comfort of all our employees and guests.


Office Support:

  • Coordinating reception and hospitality facilities
  • Handling general incoming phone calls
  • Daily processing of incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, courier shipments
  • Daily tidying up and service of meeting rooms, reception area, coffee pantries & EVCafé with dishwashers as well as keep various food & beverage supplies stock
  • Coordinating visitor parking and meeting room bookings
  • Support with organization and planning of internal events at office facilities
  • Registering the building access badges for all EVBoxers
  • Be a member of the emergency response team (BHV certification will be provided)
  • Preparing weekly social drinks and events in EVCafé



  • MBO (Secondary vocational Education) or similar
  • Experience in a similar position is a plus
  • 24 – 40 hours per week (flexible hours possible)
  • Living in or near Amsterdam


  • Knowledge in an organizational and administrative support role
  • Basic knowledge of IOS Apple, MS Office; Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Google applications


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch & English
  • Able to work independently, problem-solving and Hands-on mentality
  • Friendly and personable personality
  • Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
  • Organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
