For our team at EVBox North America, we’re looking for a dedicated Operations Director, based in our Manhattan office in New York City.

Responsibilities:

Customer Journey

  • Ensuring financial targets and other Operation KPI as OEE, OTAP, Quality and Inventory agreed targets are met in all departments /disciplines and escalate if KPIs underperformance
  • Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration to create a continuous improvement culture
  • Making sure safety regulations are followed
  • Keeping employees motivated and organizing appropriate training
  • Ensuring the business operates within the company's mission statement
  • Investigating customer satisfaction (internal & external) and create counter-measures to improve
  • Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans based on Lean / six-sigma Define strategies together with Peers and VP of OPS to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs and increase profits and get the best performance from staff/employees
  • Driving the business to increase profits and capacity
  • Work closely with human resources to lead team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment
  • Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed

Output Targets

  • Establish a stable Operations output, leading motivated and skilled people based on company expanding strategy to achieve maximum customers satisfaction

Requirements

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • 10+ years senior leadership role in the appropriate field
  • Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands
  • Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines
  • Superior negotiation skills in both internal and external settings

  • Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for increased productivity
