For our team at EVBox HQ in Amsterdam, we’re looking for a dedicated Partner Sales Manager. You will be a part of our fast-growing team and be responsible for sales through partners in order to meet sales quota. You will create new partnerships, new business opportunities and nurture existing partners.
Your main responsibilities are:
Act as the first point of contact for partners
Develop, expand and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers, create cross- and deep-sell opportunities
Create and execute account plans per partner
Support partners in sales activities and keep their knowledge up-to-date
Organize product and sales training for partners
Create new partnerships and a corresponding Acquisition Plan
Closely co-ordinate company executive involvement with partners and end-user customer management
Work closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
Develop new sales strategies and evaluate these
Develop and maintain sales tools, training and other instruments to ensure successful sales through partners
Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
Forecasting and Analysis
Provide sales forecasts
Analyse and anticipate on market developments from a commercial point of view
Monitor and report activities and provide relevant management information
Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties
Manage, coach, inspire and motivate a team of two employees
Stimulate growth of team members and professionalize the team
Take care of achievement of team – and individual objectives
The ideal candidate has the following qualifications and skills:
2-3 years’ experience in outside sales and generating new business
Excellent sales skills with a natural talent for generating new business
Experience in different sales techniques
Affinity with technology, innovative business models and customer mapping
Verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
