As Product Introducer Engineer, you will participate in the development of our new hardware and EVBox firmware for electronics in several projects. You will work on the global product development strategy for embedded systems in conjunction with Product Introducer DC.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the team to find the best way to make the products easy to make and repair in the field if necessary
  • Feasibility of product manufacturing
  • Introduction of new hardware and software / firmware in the production area
  • Manufacturing Guidelines, Procedures and Preparation of Documentation
  • Guidelines for end-of-line tests, procedures and documentation preparation
  • Product descriptions (nomenclature, flash files, CAM files, software tools, etc.)
  • Delivery of the product configuration
  • Deal with suppliers
  • Take an operational look at products, tools, prices, reuse in order to optimize the industrial life of the product.
  • Be part of the development team, make the link between the design team and the manufacturing team

Requirements

  • Experience with electrical software such as SEE Electrical
  • Software and electrotechnical knowledge and skills
  • Knowledge in mechanical design
  • Knowledge of office suites
  • Work Experience in a Team / Agile Environment (Scrum)
  • Knowledge of standards and principles of electronics, is a plus
