For our team in New York, we’re looking for a dedicated Product Marketing Specialist. You will be responsible for leveraging the marketing & growth strategy for the Software platforms and professional services of EVBox (Everon / Hey) and planning/executing go-to-market processes together with Marketing, Sales and Product teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with product and sales teams to develop go-to-market and product lifecycle management strategy and execution.
  • Working with product management to develop product positioning
  • Distilling key product functionality and benefits into core marketing messages that clearly describes value to a customer
  • Educating customer-facing teams about our software platform, the perception of value for the customer and the match between them
  • Supporting/coordinating the launch of our charging management platform across different markets
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and markets
  • Transferring the customer and market insights into the product management team for further product development
  • Performing quality check and copyright assurance to all produced product content Writing product marketing content and translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand marketing collateral that describe product features and benefits for our website and sales teams

Requirements

Qualification and experience:

  • BA/BS degree on business administration or marketing studies
  • 3+ years of product marketing and digital B2B marketing experience (preferably at a SaaS and/or professional services company)
  • Experience in planning and executing go-to-market plans internationally (Europe + US)

Knowledge:

  • Product marketing
  • Project management
  • Marketing of SaaS, professional services and B2B related products
  • Understanding of e-mobility industry is a plus

Skills:

  • Passion for all product, marketing and commercial side of the business: It is expected to have a very good understanding of the products, to be on top of all marketing deliverables and be in close contact with all customer-facing teams
  • Written and verbal communication in English. Additional languages like Dutch, French or German is an asset
  • Speak customer, sales and development ‘language’
  • Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity
  • Ability to make market positioning and value proposition tangible
  • A dual-minded approach: highly creative and an excellent analytical thinker but also has an analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize/scale marketing strategies and seek product/market fit
  • Passion and strong understanding of the industry and the business' mission
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, outgoing and excellent at building relationships Able to identify commercial and partnership opportunities and exploit
