Due to our expanding business in Southern Europe, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Operations Representative to support our local customers and channel sales partners and ensure an efficient customer journey from our office in Madrid. For this role is it important that you have a good understanding of sustainable mobility and local market requirements for EV charging solutions. You will report directly to the local Regional Director. EVBox is growing enormously on a global scale and therefore the position is bursting with opportunities to join the accelerating EV-industry.

Main responsibilities:

Customer Management:

  • Act as single point of contact for EVBox operations in Southern Europe team
  • Process incoming orders from resellers/customers, and inform customers of delivery details
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions and products according to customer needs and objectives
  • Build relationships and operate as single point of contact with customers’ purchasing, accounting or logistics departments
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Take ownership of product delivery and warranty issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Keep the CRM up-to-date and document customer service actions and communications
  • Provide documentation and support for customers’ forwarding/export agents

Partner management:

  • Develop, expand and maintain strong relationships with partners
  • Create new partnerships and a corresponding acquisition plan
  • Closely coordinate involvement of regional management with partners and end-user customers
  • Manage partnership agreements, including NDA and ethics agreements
  • Ensure alignment and financial compliance within different departments

Sales opportunities:

  • Provide product and service advice to existing customers
  • Focus on up-sell /cross-sell to grow the business
  • Generate lead lists based on the opportunities from sales colleagues

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Master's degree
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Spanish native speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, knowledge of Portuguese and/or Italian is a plus
  • Preferred residency in the greater Madrid region
  • You show affinity with renewable technologies, product and service innovation
  • In-depth knowledge or willingness to quickly acquire knowledge about the EV sector: you might be already driving an EV or are truly inspired by and passionate about the EV industry in general
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry, sustainable transport, technical supply or energy industry is an advantage
