For our Automotive Team at EVBox HQ, we’re looking for a dedicated Sales Support Representative. You will be a part of a small but fast-growing team and you will provide sales and administrative support to the Head of Automotive on big, global, OEM accounts.

Requirements 

Your job consists out of both sales and administrative support, for sales you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide support on commercial activities, account development and relationship management
  • Develop and maintain a global customer and prospect database
  • Participate in creating successful implementation plans of new business initiatives Keep knowledge up-to-date

For the Administrative side you will handle the following tasks:

  • Screen and handle phone calls, enquiries and requests for business development managers
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
  • Managing database and filing systems
  • Remind managers of important tasks and deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar position where working with big tenders from corporate accounts was a big part of the role
  • Proven ability to operate in multi-party short deadline projects
  • Knowledge in Sales & Management
  • Knowledge from working with automotive companies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • German skills are considered a plus
  • Problem solving & Hands-on
  • Organizational and management skills
  • Sales skills
  • Flexibility and the ability to multitask
  • Good ability to structure and focus
  • You live in or near Amsterdam
