As a Salesforce Support Engineer, you’ll be part of our Sales Excellence and Sales teams. Your task will be to define, prepare, support and configure our SalesForce platform and integrations with other applications.

Responsibilities (Include But Not Limited To):

  • Gather business requirements and lead the testing of the solutions together with Sales Excellence
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future Salesforce system requirements to meet organizational goals and participating in projects to implement an upgrade
  • Per project act as a consultant, perform research, design, development, tech documentation and software testing
  • Be a point of contact for basic support for access & installation, maintenance of users, changes like integrations, fields, and configurations relating to Salesforce system
  • Acts as the technical escalation point when issues arise and understand what to do and who to work with to resolve them
  • Educates and train users on a regular and ad-hoc basis, develop training materials

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics or a directly related field
  • Experience in Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Analytics Cloud, Community Cloud, Salesforce platforms)
  • Proven commercial experience in implementing, enhancing, and maintaining Salesforce or similar CRM applications
  • Fluent in English and preferably in other languages & ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferably certified in Salesforce - administration or consultancy level
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on the business value of IT; the ability to communicate the value of IT and the business impact
  • Knowledge of Web Services and Services Oriented Architecture
