Takes incoming requests for DC service, both internal and external, plan and monitor DC service activity; manage spare parts and relation with sub-contractors for repair activities
Focus Areas, Main Duties and Responsibilities
Handle the tracking of DC/HPC stations, organize interventions, collect reports and other information needed for service activity, from ordering to commissioning and beyond, keep track of warranty claims and other service/support requests
Dispatch incoming analysis and intervention requests within the DC service & support engineers
Edit RMA’s and organize the repair activity, both internally and externally, create repair and replacement offers and invoices, process invoices from service partners
Manage the spare parts stock, usage and dispatch, contribute to stock adjustment and recommendations towards service partners and customers
Efficiency of the service activity, through qualitative tracking and planning of key tasks for service
Availability of necessary spare parts, in a cost-efficient way
Register incoming calls, emails, and acknowledge receipt towards requestor
Advise on the problems and failures raised, as the first level of support to the requestor
Create reports on activity and update KPIs related to customer and partner care
Customer satisfaction, taken in charge in a timely manner
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in administrative support or business operations in an international environment, with a technical background
5+ years of experience in project planning and management, supply chain, preferably in the industry
In-depth knowledge or willingness to acquire the EV sector
Good understanding of electronics standards and principles, product development, iOT
Very good understanding of warehouse management and manufacturing processes
Previous experience in customer care is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French, German is a bonus
Excellent interpersonal skills, customer oriented
