Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a Software Sales Engineer, where your task will be partnering up with our Business Development & Sales Managers acting as a technical expert when it comes to our PAAS - Everon, a next-generation global, scalable and multi-tenant e-mobility cloud platform which enables businesses to manage and operate EV-charging infrastructure.
Works closely with the Sales Teams and Business Development to develop and maintain customer relationships
Provides technical support on proposals, Sales pitches, client meetings, trade shows for new business and acts as a subject matter expert.
Account Management - Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements regarding all aspect of Everon both in pre-sales and post-sales
Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions whilst ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirement
Providing ongoing support for customers post-implementation.
Collaborates with Sales and Product Management in developing, offers, proof of concept and sharing market trends
Producing detailed costings for customers and ensuring the contract is profitable
Responsible for the planning of the Implementation
Will coordinate the customized solution and onboarding of new customers within the Everon organization
Good understanding of API design
Overall knowledge of software design principles
Understanding and experience in integrations with 3rd party solutions
Experience with selling Software as a Service (SaaS) or even Platform as a Service (PaaS)
Experience with multi-tenancy concepts
Previous experience working within a technical pre-sales position
Gathering user requirements
Can create business proposals in line with agreed customer needs and expectations
Negotiating possible solutions
Strong presentation skills
Have an ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff
Care about details and documentation
Willing to travel (up to 30-40%) and work on the customer side as needed
Professionally communicate and interact with all levels of internal and external customers
