Team Business Development at EVBox is focused on educating stakeholders and building partnerships to drive towards a zero-emission future.

For our team at EVBox North America, we’re looking for a dedicated Strategic Account Manager who will be responsible for building relationships with significant clients in targeted geographic areas. This includes driving growth within our large utilities and workplace customers, effective understanding & communication of the solution architecture of our product portfolio, flawless implementation of EV charging solutions, and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction.



  • Responsible for overall management of one or more of EVBox’s largest customers
  • Create and execute account plans, identifying new opportunities and driving revenue for strategic customers
  • Conduct Quality Business Reviews for top customers
  • Demonstrate knowledge of EVBox’s entire product line, with a focus on our Business Line, Level 2, and DC Charging solutions
  • Stay on top of industry and market trends to identify revenue generating opportunities
  • Build lasting and strong relationships with Customers and Partners and keep client knowledge up-to-date
  • Work with sales leaders and legal on price negotiations and contract creation
  • Closely coordinates company executive involvement with the partner and end-user customer management as appropriate
  • Maintain relationships with other solution vendors critical to EVBox solutions and coordinate their activities with the customer when necessary
  • Delivering training programs for existing & prospective customers and partners in order to educate them about our products, their features, and the value they provide various customer segments


  • Develop and maintain sales tools, training and other instruments to ensure successful sales
  • Organize product and sales training
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts

Sales Administration:

  • Manage sales pipeline and track changes & updates for business contacts and opportunities in the CRM system
  • Generate sales reports each week with accurate forecasting of new sales growth and existing base revenue on a quarterly basis
  • Analyze and anticipate market developments from a commercial point of view
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information
  • Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties


Qualification and experience:

  • 10+ years of direct B2B strategic sales experience in the Enterprise Market space
  • Experience in developing commercial value propositions
  • Experience in writing proposals, developing presentations and presenting to clients.
  • Experience in using a CRM tool to provide regular management reports is highly desirable
  • Experience coordinating multiple teams, including internal, customer and external partners, to deliver business solutions
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude and a proactive approach
  • Experience selling into verticals such as Utilities, Workplace, Transport, and Education
  • Job will require 30-50% travel, dependent on customer assignment and business needs


  • In-depth knowledge or willingness and ability to quickly acquire knowledge about EV charging market
  • Affinity with renewable technologies, product and service innovation
  • Project management
  • Understanding of e-mobility industry is a plus


  • Self-starter with an exceptional work ethic, uses time productively; is focused on the right opportunities; maximizes efficiency, and meets challenging work goals; must be self-driven and a team player
  • Organized and able to coordinate multiple projects, manage tasks, and define milestones
  • Speak customer, sales and “business partner language"
  • Have deep customer journey understanding - from drivers of purchase to operational challenges to delighters of ongoing experience
  • Work collaboratively across the customer, partner, and internal EVBox teams, ensuring input and alignment
  • Passion and a strong understanding of the industry and the business' mission. Entrepreneurial mindset, outgoing, and excellent at building relationships
