Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Technical Documentation Specialist who will be responsible for the creation and the maintenance of the technical documentation for the Everon software and architecture.
Technical Product Documentation
Create, train, and review on product and internal support documentation processes and standards
Collaborate with department leaders and various cross functional team members to gather all information to write and edit technical and nontechnical documentation on the latest developments and concepts
Provide training manuals and user guides for all audiences, including business and technical
Support the management and placement of documentation within our knowledge base
Coordinate and overlook documentation translation to the number of supported languages
Follow and contribute to team process for reviewing, removing, or adding new documentation
Advise on various systems to optimize our customer experience, including terminology, and tools
2+ years of technical writing experience
Strong communication skills (both verbally and especially in writing) in English is a must, knowledge of other languages is a bonus
Ability to quickly analyze and comprehend new or unfamiliar technical systems, processes, and terminology
Ability to function effectively working with a distributed team
