Team Software at EVBox is focused on developing next generation firmware and a global charging management platform to improve the experience of EV stakeholders everywhere.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Technical Documentation Specialist who will be responsible for the creation and the maintenance of the technical documentation for the Everon software and architecture.


Technical Product Documentation

  • Create, train, and review on product and internal support documentation processes and standards
  • Collaborate with department leaders and various cross functional team members to gather all information to write and edit technical and nontechnical documentation on the latest developments and concepts
  • Provide training manuals and user guides for all audiences, including business and technical
  • Support the management and placement of documentation within our knowledge base
  • Coordinate and overlook documentation translation to the number of supported languages
  • Follow and contribute to team process for reviewing, removing, or adding new documentation
  • Advise on various systems to optimize our customer experience, including terminology, and tools


  • 2+ years of technical writing experience
  • Strong communication skills (both verbally and especially in writing) in English is a must, knowledge of other languages is a bonus
  • Ability to quickly analyze and comprehend new or unfamiliar technical systems, processes, and terminology
  • Ability to function effectively working with a distributed team
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for language and learning new concepts
