Mission: Builds and conducts DC / HPC Service training for partners and clients as well as internally; maintain the knowledge of certified individuals during partnerships; creates, maintains, and improves service documentation

Training and Animating a Service Community

  • Establishes the different levels of training (installer, service partner, for the whole range of DC products, including HPC), including e-learning
  • Control the efficiency of the people trained on site (makes cross-reports between the support requests and the evaluation of the partner over the duration of the partnership contract)
  • Create and animate a partner certification program, to feed knowledge and other updates to a trained community and ensure the training's after-school
  • Continue to update the knowledge base of the service, capitalizing on the learning and good practices, on the basis of exchanges with the service community and with the internal technical support engineers
  • Contributes to the evolution of service partnership contracts
  • Full autonomy and efficiency of service partners, for customer satisfaction

Technical Documentation

  • Receives the transmission of basic documentation from the DC development team (mainly installation and maintenance manuals)
  • Creates and manages all Service documentation, including report templates, guides and manuals, tool lists and parts, including commissioning and preventive and curative maintenance actions, as well as campaigns (coordinated interventions) where appropriate
  • Fluent interaction with service partners, both internal and external, based on clear and structured documentation

Requirements

  • Master's degree or engineering degree based on a technical basis, or professional experience providing equivalence, with a dominant in electrical engineering, power electronics, programming knowledge, mechanical and hydraulic are a plus
  • 5 years experience in technical support and training, as well as in technical writing, preferably in industry
  • In-depth knowledge of the electric vehicle sector or willingness to acquire it
  • Expertise in electronics (embedded), power electronics, software development and IP communication
  • Very good understanding of product development processes and manufacturing processes
  • Successful experience in the automotive, sustainable transportation or energy sector is an advantage
  • Guarantor of knowledge and pedagogue
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English and French, the practice of German is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer focus
  • Organized, rigorous and precise
