We are a seeking a Part-Time Event Supervisor to join our Milwaukee, WI Team. This role will report to the Assistant Garage Manager, and be responsible for assisting parking operating at the 5th Street Parking Structure and other surface parking facilities, and supervising the employees within these facilities. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized and a highly competent individual with exceptional customer service skills. The work schedule will vary depending on the event schedule at Fiserv Forum and the surrounding area. The ideal candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule, which will mostly include evenings and weekends.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to supervise and develop all event staff, keeping track of attendant time cards, ensuring employee safety and compliance to company policy and procedures
  • Event preparation and set up according to manager specifications
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all patrons
  • Working closely with our clients to meet and exceed their required level of service and expectations
  • The ability to resolve conflict and solve problems within tight deadlines
  • Reconcile payments according to SOP
  • Complete event reports completely and accurately and report to personnel
  • Complete ticket and equipment reconciliations
  • During downtime requires you to proactively stay busy by organizing electronic and paper filing and clean work area
  • Communicate any hazards, problems immediately to supervisor
  • A passion for change and a desire to grow within an expanding and evolving organization
  • Enthusiasm for ongoing, learning, coaching and training
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role
  • This position requires the ability to report to work on time for each scheduled shift and employee must work for the duration of the scheduled shift.
  • Ability to provide only exceptional customer service to all customers, employees, and clients utilizing Impark’s services.
  • Microsoft Excel and Office 365 skills
  • Must have an open availability schedule (to include evenings and weekends)
  • Must have great attention for details, and will consistently provide clear and accurate information when asked
  • Must be able to write and verbally communicate in English
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks on an ongoing basis
  • Must be very organized, and be able to accurately and efficiently track and follow up in a timely manner with employees, customers, and clients
  • Familiar with cash handling and ticket processing
  • Customer service background would be an asset

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to walk, stand for extended periods of time
  • Able to bend, crouch, reach
  • Able to use stairs when required
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Must be able to walk up and down stairs

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
