HR Intern, Team and Office Management (Cologne, DE)

Your Tasks

  • Responsible for the recruiting process, the on- and off-boarding of employees as well as the internal 360-degree feedback process
  • Support of the evopark team in day-to-day business (travel management, processing of incoming and outgoing mail, administration of vacation days, expense management, etc.)
  • Planning and execution of team events and their billing
  • Support in accounting topics (eg invoice receipt management), payroll accounting and order and inventory management
  • Responsibility for general well-being in the office, ie coordination of service providers for food, cleaning etc.
