Assembly Technician (Dripping Springs, US)

We are looking for a motivated and effective candidate who will assemble, configure, and troubleshoot our FlashPARCS product, as well record inventory and arrange shipment of completed assemblies.

As an Assembly Technician, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of FLASH's products, as well as demonstrating the value and resiliency of our solutions. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing company with an open and collaborative work environment, where you can play a key role in delivering a quality product to a group of customers with high expectations.


  • Assemble hardware and install and configure software and drivers
  • Package and consolidate FLASH products, Gates and other equipment (managed gateways, cellular modems, switches, routers, etc.) for effective shipping to customer locations
  • Maintain and repair equipment (e.g. tablet or small form factor PCs) or peripheral devices
  • Perform software upgrades as requested, managing both business standard and proprietary software
  • Maintain Inventory records and communicate with Operations team members
  • Manage shipment of completed assemblies

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Thorough knowledge of Windows PC environments and associated components
  • Experience with troubleshooting methodologies
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment with rapidly shifting and evolving priorities
  • Effective verbal and written communicator
  • Comfortable with autonomy and self-motivated
  • Able to lift - up 75 pounds
  • Able to use hand tools and operate warehouse equipment
  • Prior assembly experience required, basic electro-mechanical
