We put Salesforce.com at the center of lifecycle management for these facilities. Every stakeholder relationship, marketing outreach, sales opportunity, product activation, support call, and customer success engagement are managed through our central CRM.
The Senior Manager, Marketing + Sales Business Systems is responsible for overseeing the cross-functional portfolio of processes, tools, and services that make it work and scale rapidly. This opportunity is rife with impact.
Who You'll Work With:
Your daily operational partners will be growth marketing, sales leadership, product strategy, and the manager of operations systems. You will drive regular alignment with operations, legal, IT, FP&A, and other teams that require coordination with sales/marketing.
What You'll Do:
Consider the marketing/sales objectives for FLASH's products to recommend and implement initiatives to minimize barriers and streamline processes that ensure rapid response to market opportunities.
Lead the development of strategic cross-product solution selling through innovation and a portfolio mindset to further organizational efficiencies and operational excellence across Marketing and the broader sales organization.
Manage integration for our entire sales + marketing technology stack including SFDC, CPQ, Conga, Kapost, Hubspot, TaskRay, Service Cloud, and integration into Netsuite.
Support the creation of expanded enterprise marketing motion as a partner for data strategy with analytics, growth, and FP&A teams.
Manage the CRM marketing function including data hygiene, contact and account augmentation, and supporting growth and field teams with targeting and segmentation.
Manage sales and marketing operations integration for newly acquired companies
Support reporting and data modeling across our entire portfolios pipeline funnels, and identify strategic opportunities to grow our business across demand generation, cross-sell/up-sell, campaign strategy, digital marketing, and content marketing.
Support qualitative research, insights, and analytics for marketing and sales
What You Bring:
BS/BA required, preferably in business or technical concentration
3+ years in sales/marketing operations role
Very high proficiency in SFDC, both from architectural and reporting perspectives
Familiarity with CPQ
Proficiency in front-end data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau)
Experience working with data warehouses and data lakes
