Systems Support Coordinator (Austin, US)

The Systems Support Coordinator assists the Technical Support Team that provides technical service-related support for our customers and clients. As a Systems Support Coordinator you will track the shipping and dispatch requests created by the Support Team to ensure that all logistics events are communicated, and goals are met. An awesome opportunity to grow big with an amazing team!

What you will do:

  • Monitor service logistics, communicate changes to customers and Support management
  • Utilize the Salesforce platform to collect, analyze and present KPI’s and results via regular reporting metrics, driving process improvements
  • Identify logistics roadblocks and communicate to Support Manager
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with other departments

Who you are:

  • Ability to effectively communicate complex issues
  • Natural ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot
  • Ability to prioritize issues in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience with collecting and reporting performance metrics in a Support role

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Thorough knowledge of Windows PC environments and associated components
  • Working knowledge of LAN/WAN networks
  • Effective communicator
  • Comfortable with working autonomously and self-motivating
  • Ability to work diligently andÔÇ»utilize problem-solving to fix issues and ensure functionality.
  • Must have familiarity with Windows devices and hardware
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment.
