INRIX is seeking a world-class Director of Sales Operations. The person in this position will lead a team of four employees focused on sales operations, pricing, and responding to RFPs. This role is expected to support the global sales and finance teams by supporting strong sales growth and providing accurate forecasts. The position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and is based in Kirkland, Washington.

Track overall sales activity, metrics, and process for sales team.
Assist in determining annual sales forecasts and update Company leaders on sales prospects and quarterly regional forecasts
Monitor and continuously improve metrics on sales and closing ratios and optimize sales cycle management
Formalize and institutionalize all aspects of the sales process, including tracking and updating customers using SalesForce; calculate quarterly sales commission payouts
Motivate, communicate and engage the sales team to create an environment with which the team will learn, grow and deliver to their peak capability
Strong dotted line with the CFO and Finance Team to forecast deal flow, billings, revenue, and estimated quarterly commissions
Strategic and tactical business partner and advisor to Chief Revenue Officer and Sales VPs/GMs of major sales verticals
Identify, measure, and report sales metrics
5 plus years in sales operations in the high tech industry, familiarity with different sales cycles and customer groups such as Automotive, Mobile, Public Sector, Media, Analytics, or Enterprise preferred
Experience in a sales operations role supporting sales reps globally is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial organization while supporting large existing customers
Excellent ability to organize, synthesize, and present information to senior leadership and key stakeholders on product and sales teams
Sales compensation and pricing experience is a plus
Intermediate or advanced level proficiency using SalesForce
Results-oriented with a sense of urgency and passion. Strong written and oral communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree required
A willingness to travel overnight up to 10%, mostly in the US with occasional trips to Europe and Asia
