Impark is currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to work at our locations throughout the DC, MD, and VA area.

  • Reports To: Parking Manager
  • Shift: hours subject to change (including possibly working one weekend day)
  • Mon – Fri: 7am – 3pm
  • Rate: $14

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet every guest with a friendly, helpful and courteous attitude
  • Travel (using a company truck) throughout the DMV area to perform the following as needed
  • Maintenance
  • Parking equipment repair
  • Power washing
  • Painting
  • Cleaning, trash pickup and removal
  • Delivering supplies
  • Snow removal
  • Other items as needed
  • Assist at the locations with operations if needed (cashier function)

Job Requirements

  • 1 year general maintenance experience
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Flexibility with availability for special events (inclement weather)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Problem solving skills and organizational skills
  • Able to lift at least 80 pounds
  • Able to run, walk and stand on feet for long periods of time
  • Able to move up and down stairs and steep ramps frequently
    High School Diploma or GED
