What will be your main tasks?

  • defining project scope, goals and deliverables in cooperation with the management
  • ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and budget
  • creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
  • planning, successfully allocating and overviewing budgets
  • delegating tasks to responsible team members
  • preparing regular and timely status reports that include risks and issues that may occur during the project
  • providing support to the project team and motivate them to take positive action and accountability for their work
  • coordinating communication between the client and the project team throughout the whole project implementation
  • working with internal stakeholders and overseeing all development stages to create high quality solutions

You are the right person for us if you:

  • have a university degree (preferably in IT field)
  • have minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in project management (preferably in IT industry)
  • possess good understanding of budgetary control and resource allocation procedures
  • show a high level of client orientation
  • have a proactive and hands-on approach to work
  • have excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
  • have advanced knowledge of English language

An additional plus is if you:

  • have experience with agile project management methodologies including Scrum
  • have experience working in the IT industry
  • are familiar with basic concepts of programming
  • have knowledge of German language
