Sales Executive (Houston, US)

This position will best reward the sales professional with a technical bent and an orientation toward active customer engagement. The ability to prioritize and qualify sales prospects, manage time, and multi-task on multiple long & near term opportunities will be important success factors. Familiarity with commercial parking operations and system/technology/solution sales experience are highly desirable. Good verbal & written communications skills, personal organization, disciplined follow-up, self-motivation, and strong personal & ethical values are pre-requisites.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establish & develop business relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Network and collaborate with industry influencers and specifiers (consultants, GC’s, etc.)
  • Identify system sales opportunities with new name accounts
  • Develop upgrades and system add-on business with existing customers
  • Configure & quote system solutions for various parking, access, & guidance requirements
  • Review, qualify, and respond to Requests for Proposals, Invitations to Bid, etc.
  • Keep abreast of new products, technologies, & developments in marketplace
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events
  • Qualify, manage & prioritize sales funnel to generate $1M in annual system sales


  • Experience in system/solution selling of technical products is preferred
  • Familiarity with commercial parking or intelligent transportation markets
  • Reside in Houston metropolitan area
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook and personal productivity tools
  • Good listening, verbal and written communications skills

Compensation Package and Benefits include:

  • $90-150,000 total annual compensation, (at plan) consisting of base salary (depending on experience), incentive compensation (commissions) and bonuses
