Business Development Representative- North America.

Reports to Director of Sales.

Job Purpose

To lead outbound business development efforts for the North American Sales Branch while also maintaining and dispersing inbound leads in order to create qualified opportunities for the business.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Identify potential leads through market research, internal resources/partners, industry publications, inbound web activity, and trade shows
  • Distribute activity report to Director of Sales each month showcasing outreach activities by region
  • Provide quarterly Opportunity Qualification Reports to Director of Sales by region
  • Host intro phone calls every month, providing an overview of our solution while qualifying or disqualifying the lead as an opportunity for the sales rep in that territory
  • Meet and Exceed meeting KPI’s set forth by Manager each quarter for Regional Account Managers after qualifying the prospect via phone call
  • Maintain active registration on all RFP related websites
  • Work with Regional Account Managers on RFP responses
  • Provide any additional sales related support when necessary such as attending trade shows, pre-bid meetings, site tours etc.
  • Become thoroughly knowledgeable about all of Park Assist’s product and service offerings and learn how to demonstrate and promote them in a proficient and profitable manner.
  • Become knowledgeable about the TKH Group and related companies and always ensure your actions, communications and presentations are consistent with brand standards and objectives.
