Park Assist® is the parking industry leading camera focused innovator with the most camera based parking guidance installations in the world. Our technology helps customers effortlessly find parking spaces in real-time as well as find their cars when they return. Simultaneously, we provide parking operators with tools to improve customer satisfaction, create new revenue opportunities, realize greater operational control, capture parker analytics and expand CCTV capabilities.
We’ve got about 10 people on our engineering team, and we need to roughly double that number over the next year or so. As if that weren’t hard enough, we want to ensure we retain as many of our current staff as possible, and we want to dramatically increase the diversity and inclusiveness of our team. So we’re thinking there’s enough important work here for it to be someone’s full-time job.
Get to know all the members of the team, establish relationships with everyone, and meet with everyone regularly to take their temperature, and ensure everyone is satisfied and fulfilled with their work.
This means taking action to ensure that people are satisfied and fulfilled; it’s a broad mandate that could manifest in any number of ways: designing and operating a professional development program, or a mentoring program; or defining career paths for individuals or maybe even for everyone.
