Project Manager, West Region


Due to our continued growth, Our company is seeking top talent to be considered for the position of Project Manager for the Bay Area.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years relevant work experience providing general construction project management or in parking project related activities. This Project Manager will be the primary point of contact and accountability for all projects to which they are assigned.

This individual is responsible for understanding, assessing and planning for the installation and implementation of these projects. As part of this role, the project manager provides oversight to the activities and work conducted by both fellow employees as well as third party contractors. This position also requires a strong working relationship with the sales, support and operations teams. An overall understanding of construction risk management and budget management is also required.

The Project Manager also plays a vital part in maintaining client relationships for the company and has a direct impact on company success and our overall continued growth.

  • Ability to operate within defined parameters using a proven Project Management Methodology with flexibility to merge different modern methodologies in accomplishing collective goals.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are followed in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Navigate effectively and efficiently through multiple systems and online help tools.
  • Stay abreast of all changes, developments and enhancements for all related systems, products and online upgrades.
  • Possess and demonstrate an extremely high level of professionalism.
  • Maintain an advanced knowledge of our products.
  • Present needs based referral/recommendations to Account Managers to help in the sales process.
  • Sustain a high level of productivity and integrity while representing our company with enthusiasm.
  • Partner with other departments within the organization to fulfill customer requests.
  • Works with other stakeholders in identifying project tasks that are most important, establishes clear priorities and understands the larger picture.
  • Shares responsibility for cost-effective expense control of assigned projects.
  • Ensures that reports are precise, timely and accurate.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, equivalent certification plus technical school and/or military experience.
  • Strong sense of ownership.
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills and ability to work with diverse teams within a global company.
  • Technical and working understanding of low voltage power and Ethernet data circuitry and network technology.
  • At least 4 years of project or other management experience.
  • Ability to use computer based tools like MS Office, Adobe and web browsers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Project and other PM tools.
  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • A+, Network + or other recognized technical certification.
  • PMP or other recognized Project Management certification.
  • 5 + years of project management experience.
