Parking and Credentialing Supervisor (Woodlawn, US)

GCC is currently seeking an experienced Parking and Credentialing Supervisor to support a current contract supporting the Social Security Administration. This person will be providing management oversight for a parking and credentialing contract. Prior supervisory experience on a contract in this capacity is highly preferred.


  • Supervisor shall ensure all parking and credentialing office locations are staffed with contract personnel during business hours. Supervisor(s) must be onsite during core hours (8:00am to 4:00pm)
  • New Hire training

  • Occasional IT duties may be performed, including Tech support and troubleshooting, requiring an IT or computer science degree.


  • This position requires a minimum of five (5) years of related experience in operational, administrative or business development.
  • Supervisor(s) must have completed a four-year course of study leading to a bachelor’s degree with a major in IT, computer science, computer or management information systems, or a closely related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communications
