Job Title: Parking Facility Manager

  • Strong ability to manage with multiple projects simultaneously
  • Prepare to JDE DR’s, Cash App, Sales Journal & Monthly Recap
  • Generate and provide reports to BMO as needed and scheduled
  • Conduct walks with vendors for projects pricing, planning, and completion
  • Ability to analyze proposals and make recommendations to Property Manager
  • Supervise 15 union employees/ knowledge of 911 CBA and work with other department heads
  • Provide outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors
  • Complete documentation for damage, workers comp and injury claims per policy
  • Accounts receivable follow up
  • Workforce management / Blueforce 7
  • Review monthly billing for accuracy
  • Regularly walk parking structure inspecting for safety issues
  • Training of employees as required by company safety guidelines
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested
  • Minimum Requirements

Job Knowledge/Skills Required

  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Excellent time management, organizational and follow through skills a must
  • Minimum of one (1) year parking experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to think clearly, decisively, and able to work well under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Professional manner, attitude and appearance
  • Able to resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Reporting requirements: budgeting, variance reports, project proposals, etc.
