Salary Plan Professional Non Bargaining FTE 1.0 Job Summary
Oversees parking facility during overnight or nonpeak hours. Performs duties related to monitoring parking facilities and compliance with Parking rules. Responds to all after hour calls related to parking in a timely manner. This position is a field position with limited office hours. Performs miscellaneous duties related to parking operations. Interacts professionally with all internal and external customers using strong customer service skills.
High school diploma; basic math skills; one year of work experience in a position requiring cash handling and customer service; 6 months previous work experience in supervision; ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on inoperable parking equipment; and ability to lift and carry 50 pound money bags on a daily basis. Must have a valid driver’s license and establish eligibility under the University’s Driving and Motor Vehicle Policy
Previous experience in an overnight security setting. Supervisory experience beyond the required minimum of 6 months.
