Account Manager (Atlanta, US)

Responsibilities

ParkMobile is looking for a professional and energetic Account Manager to build and manage relationships with our growing network of clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multi-task on numerous high-priority projects. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities and overall relationships with ParkMobile’s clients, with a focus on optimizing the mobile payment programs of assigned accounts.

  • Manage current clients to ensure annual renewal of subscription
  • Build strong working relationships with ParkMobile clients, serving as a trusted advisor for optimizing their mobile payment programs
  • Monitor performance of each assigned account and offer creative strategies to foster growth
  • Develop written and visual client-centric communications content and implement strategic communications campaigns to encourage client engagement, retention, and revenue growth
  • Provide responsive account support to quickly and effectively address issues
  • Keep a detailed record of client account activity using ParkMobile’s CRM

Skills and Requirements

  • At least 2 years of communications, public relations or client management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree; Business, Marketing or Communications degrees preferred
  • Excels in relationship management
  • Self-motivated with a positive, optimistic attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
  • Some travel required
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Experience in technology preferred
