The candidate will be a crucial part of the design, development, and support of enterprise software to solve many current product and customer requirements. The candidate should be able to work closely with the QA and Product Management teams throughout the entire development life cycle. The candidate needs to keep software quality and security in mind to ensure an excellent product is delivered while maintaining a flexible mindset to shift to and from several concurrent projects. Mentoring junior developers in the software development process, including best practices in the architecture, design, and implementation of solutions will be a day-to-day task. Eagerness to learn and improve him/herself while bringing along the team is essential to be a part of the current transformation. A constant "can do mentality" and "deliver solutions at the highest level possible" are an ingrained part of the team that the candidate will be joining and the same attitude and mentality will be required for this position.
