As a Recruiter at Passport, your number one priority every day will be to source, attract and hire the best talent into an incredibly fast-paced, exciting, and constantly changing environment. You will partner with the People Ops team and business leaders to drive ambitious growth goals from the people angle. Your mission will be to find candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit, a sense of ownership and grit, a passion for Passport’s mission, and diversity of thought to all they do.
You will be a culture-carrier, building upon and improving the recruiting process using data and a continuous improvement mindset. You will champion full-cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring amazing employees. You’ll have a special focus on championing the process for our technical hires. You will strategically balance marketing our openings and screening candidates, while further developing our employment brand and building strong external talent program partnerships to deliver on exciting people growth goals.
All of the above being critical to success, but we still want more. You will need to be passionate and flexible about all aspects of People Operations. Since Passport is growing at such a rapid pace, we want a new teammate who can flex into other areas of People Operations. This includes building out onboarding and development programs for our employees. Our goal as a team is to attract the best, get them hired, and then keep them engaged, happy, and productive so that they continuously deliver for our clients and customers.
