Parkmobile and ParkNow, the #1 mobile parking payment service, is looking for a Service Implementation Manager with a minimum of three years of project management experience.

We are looking for a Service Implementation Manager to join our Services Implementation (SIM) team. Our team is responsible for the service delivery of new innovative parking solutions across Europe. These services include: cashless parking payment systems (city parking back-end systems as well as mobile apps for consumers), off-street/garage parking and in-car parking payment integrations. Our clients include some of the largest cities in Europe, car manufacturers and car park operators.

As a Services Implementation Manager you are responsible for coordination of larger, more complex services to our clients. You do this in close cooperation with our sales offices, clients, vendors, product management, product technology, the operations team, other service implementation managers, business analysts and configurations specialists.

You bridge the gap between traditional project management as seen by our clients with agile methodologies applied within our product organization.

You will be working from our Diemen/Netherlands office and are required to occasionally travel abroad. The ideal candidate has the ambition to grow in his/her role as a Service Implementation Manager, is an enthusiastic and a decisive team player with a drive to deliver projects to closure to requirements of our clients.

A Service Implementation Manager:

  • Manages scope, planning, project team, internal and external stakeholders and budget of his/her own projects;
  • Reports project status;
  • Actively participates our continuous improvements approach.

Knowledge and Skills – Essential

  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a dedicated Project Manager or Service Implementation Manager;
  • Experience with, and knowledge of, Agile (SAFe, Scrum, AgilePM) and PRINCE2 methodologies;
  • An understanding of software development processes;
  • Structured and truly pro-active;
  • People and communication skills;
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).

You have/are:

  • A BSc degree, preferably in Information Technology and/or Information Management, Economics;
  • Flexible, accurate and ambitious, both independently and in a team environment, able to cope with a high pressure, multi-tasking environment with changing priorities;
  • Perfect in English (spoken and written). Dutch, German, French or other main European languages are bonus;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Strong planning capabilities;
  • Knowledge of resource planning;
  • A real team player that strives for team results and happy clients;
  • Knowledge of tenders would be a bonus;
  • Willing and able to travel within Europe;
  • Fulltime available.
