We are looking for ambitious and skilled candidates to fill two new positions at the headquarter organization:

Technical Project Managers – Back office and Roadside systems.

At the headquarter in Trondheim we see an accelerating need to plan and implement a variety of different customer delivery projects. We are looking for some experienced and skilled people to join us to take on this role within our Back Office and Roadside deliveries.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the technical delivery in our delivery projects, including management of project teams and handling of different project deliveries.
  • Collaboration and coordination with other sub-projects to fulfil our deliveries against the customers, and work closely with the Commercial Project Manager.

The Most Important Work Tasks:

  • Prepare and complete delivery plans according to the project.
  • Close cooperation with the customer to secure that the deliveries meet the customer’s requirement and expectations.
  • Follow-up and control of internal project team and internal deliveries.
  • Follow-up and coordination of subcontractors

What We Want From You:

  • MSc or BSc within data engineering, electronics or similar.
  • High technical understanding and interest in general
  • Experience from development – either as a developer or system architect
  • Experience from project deliveries against customer
  • Worked for a period of time as a team manager

Important Personal Qualities:

  • Self-driven with high work capacity
  • High cooperative skills and being able to find solutions together with different stakeholders
  • Being structured and able to plan and implement technical projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
