You help Q-Park customers every day. With the right solutions for every problem. When a report comes in via the intercom of the parking garage, you answer this call and help the customer get back on the road from the Control Room. You analyze the customer's problem and come to a good solution thanks to the right professional knowledge.
"The barrier in a parking garage in Utrecht does not open! The customer decides to press the information button at the barrier. You receive a call in the Control Room. You speak to the customer and quickly open the correct computer system with which you can see whether there is a malfunction in the equipment or whether something may have gone wrong with the payment.You analyze step by step why the barrier does not open.In the end you find out what the problem is and make sure that the customer can continue their journey. You do not want this to happen again and report it to the back office."
The Q-Park Control Room is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. So you can be scheduled flexibly. Do you also want to work night shifts? That is certainly negotiable! You will of course receive a surcharge if you work outside office hours.
