Back-Office Specialist (Barcelona, ES)

You will be working at Quercus Technologies new offices in Barcelona, being a part of the Sales department and reporting to the international sales director. Your mission will be the internal management of clients and the maintenance of the CRM software.

Your main functions will be:

  • Maintaining up-to-date all the contacts in the CRM (SugarCRM).
  • Managing clients and validating sales orders.
  • Supporting Sales department.
  • Reception.

The requirements are a native or high-level (C1) of English, two years experience in international sales back-office. Any other language will be a plus, as well as advanced skills in CRM, MS office and Navision ERP.
