Business Development Manager (m / f / d)

to support and develop the Car Access area of our subsidiary Scheidt & Bachmann Parking Solutions GmbH at the Mönchengladbach location.

Our Car Access Team, as part of the Parking Solutions division, specializes in intelligent solutions in the area of access control in buildings such as office complexes and neighborhoods. Your tasks

  • You will acquire and coordinate local sales, installation and service partners and develop them further.
  • You support the local partners in sales and marketing activities.
  • You create reports on local market developments and develop market-specific recommendations for action.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed your technical studies (e.g. engineering, computer science) or your business studies.
  • You already have professional experience in business development or partner management (sales, delivery, service) in one of the following industries: building automation, access control, access control / parking.
  • You have good knowledge of the real estate industry and, in particular, of the procurement processes of technical systems in the field of commercial real estate.
  • You have strong analytical skills and are well versed in CRM.
  • You have a high affinity for digital trends and an interest in mobility and technological innovations.
  • You have very good knowledge of German and English.
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills.
  • You are capable of conflict and have a customer-oriented way of working.
  • Your willingness to travel rounds off your profile.
